Production for the second season of “Fallout” is underway, with leading actor Walton Goggins sharing recent developments. Goggins, portraying The Ghoul, revealed that they are halfway through the filming process. He emphasized that the upcoming season is set to surpass its predecessor in both scale and quality.

“Season 1 was remarkable and I was quite impressed with it,” Goggins stated in an interview with Deadline. “However, what we’re creating now really takes it to another level. The efforts from the writers and the skilled team assembled to craft this narrative are truly exceptional. I am eager for the audience to witness what we’ve been working on; we’re putting in great effort to ensure it’s a success,” he added.

What to Expect in Season 2

Season 2 promises to transport its audience to new and thrilling settings, including encounters with Deathclaws. Unlike the first season, which was shot in New York, the latest season moved its production to California, taking advantage of significant tax incentives offered there.

The cast for Season 2 sees Walton Goggins reprising his role as The Ghoul and Ella Purnell returning as Lucy. New additions include Macaulay Culkin, who will portray a “mad genius,” and Kumail Nanjiani, whose specific role has yet to be disclosed.
