This agreement enables Loti AI to deploy its sophisticated technology and services to shield the images and estates managed by CMG from unauthorized digital exploitation and alteration. The personalities and estates covered include notable figures such as Burt Reynolds, Christopher Reeve, Ginger Rogers, Harry Belafonte, Jimmy Stewart, John Wayne, Judy Garland, Mickey Rooney, and many others spanning various fields from entertainment to science and civil rights.

Under the terms of their collaboration, CMG will benefit from “ongoing monitoring, detection, and removal services” that Loti provides, ensuring that impersonations or unauthorized uses of their clients’ likenesses and voices are promptly addressed across various digital mediums. Loti AI commits to maintaining the integrity and authenticity of globally recognized figures with precision, consent, and dignity.
The initiative is a forward-thinking measure within the discourse of digital rights management as AI technologies like Sora 2 facilitate the creation of digital doubles of deceased individuals, who cannot give their consent to the use of their likenesses.
