As promised by Steve Angello earlier this week, he has now finally unveiled two brand new tracks namely ‘Rejoice‘ and ‘Breaking Kind‘. Released as part of his Genesis EP which serves as the first act of his forthcoming album, the Swedish veteran’s latest creation is a stunning display of his new vision which succeeds to keep listeners engrossed throughout its proceedings.
After dropping ‘Wild Youth‘ last year which proved to be a landmark moment in the SIZE head honcho’s career, it definitely seems like he isn’t done yet taking his legacy to greater heights. As said by Steve himself, ‘Rejoice‘ is ‘the most powerful piece of music‘ he has ever created. And while there’s certainly no denying that, the bold track boasts of words from Bishop T.D. Jakes which are exceptionally delivered on top of an equally, impressive production from the man himself. Up next is ‘Breaking Kind‘ featuring guest vocals from Paul Meany. A supreme collaboration in the making which is led by a gorgeous melody upfront, the Mutemath frontman does justice to Angello’s world class production effort who keeps things simple, yet incredibly complex in his own ways.
