American DJ CID is just about releasing his newest single, NO!, which comes out on February 1st.
The future house production uses a pitch modulated sample of retro RnB girl trio TLC’s No Scrubs. The preview seems pretty groovy and almost a tribute to the 90’s house sound with a future house twist that currently seems to be taking the EDM world by storm. It’s got a chunky bass-line and could be perfect for a warm up.
What’s unexpected is something like this to be released on Tiesto’s Musical Freedom label, which usually releases more upbeat, energetic and electro influenced productions. But we think this throwback track could do well on the dancefloors.
