The legendary French producer/DJ David Guetta has been one of those few people who have helped revolutionize electronic music to make it rise from the underground. The French mastermind is now back with tons of news for his fans which is surely going to leave you wanting more. As a follow up to his sixth studio album “Listen” which topped charts across the globe and featured tracks such as “Bad“, “Dangerous“, “Shot Me Down” and “Blast Off“, he has released the extended album “Listen Again” which will feature 8 new tracks including a brand new track “Death Of EDM” with Showtek and a continuous album mix. And to tie into the release of his new album edition, he has announced the launch of his new club-focused release series “Pelican Project“.
The first track in the series will be “Pelican” which is also featured on the “Listen Again” album. The track features a powerful dance oriented groove that sees David go back to his underground roots. Dedicated to hardcore Guetta fans, he first revealed his role behind the Pelican Project during this year’s Amsterdam Dance Festival. The track is a signature club tune and it’s a delight to see Guetta head back to his origins and showcase exactly why we fell in love with his music in the first place.
