Marking a radical change in style, French producer Cedric Gervais has a new release coming up on Spinnin’ Records’ subsidiary SPRS, a tech house banger called De Ja Vu.
Otherwise known for his massive progressive house tunes, most notably the Summertime Sadness remix, De Ja Vu depicts a different side of the Florida resident, incorporating distorted bass wobbles with detuned piano keys and a groovy beat.
While this track is sure to form divided opinions among his loyal fans, Cedric as a producer is willing to evolve as a producer, and this track is a fine example of that.
