Pioneer Tropical House DJ, Kygo, declared on Twitter that he will premiere his latest collaboration with Nas on Pharell and Scott Vener‘s radio channel OTHERtone on Beats 1 Apple Music. A sampling from Nas‘ single “Life’s A Bitch” is used in the latest collaboration. The bassline melodies have Kygo‘s characteristically soothing, almost Jazz-y feel to them.
The track is a combination of two unlikely worlds with a R&B rap as the highlight and soft piano leads in the background both of which combine to give the semblances of a beach-environ Tropical House delight. A perfect song for one of those summer days when you just feel like laying back and doing nothing, you can buy this track when it is released on Kygo‘s debut album.
