It’s hard to shake off a track from your head that’s as delicious as ‘Where Are U Now’ by Jack U and Justin Bieber. Mostly because the celestial team of Skrillex, Diplo and Bieber nailed this composition with an ace melody, break through climaxes and magnificent vocals, to satisfy your appetite. Well, there’s more left to this feast, as Jack U just released a remix EP with three of the best reworks and a lovely mellow cover of the track.
The ‘Where Are U Now’ remix EP consists of reworks by Kaskade, Rustie, Marshmello and a beautiful cover by Ember Island. Kaskade’s future house remix keeps more of the vocal elements by Justin Bieber than the other remixes so if you’re a Belieber, this remix wouldn’t let you down. The drop is more hard-hitting than the original and maintains a consistency in the melody. On the other hand, Rustie’s trap rework focuses on the instrumental climax of the original through out the track and adds a whole new dimension to it. You’ll love this remix if it’s the melody of the original that attracted you. Marshmello too did a wonderful job with his remix by re-wiring the drop and adding a fresh new twist with appealing percussions. Finally, when you’re done checking out all of these remixes, give a listen to the delicate, toned down cover of the song by Ember Island whose vocals will leave you in awe.
