British electronic music trio composed of members Daniel Stephens, Joe Ray and Alana Watson and their Grammy winning project Nero, are on the verge of their third studio album release. With the first album ‘Welcome Reality‘ reaching number 1 in the UK Albums Chart in 2011 and their second album ‘Promises‘ achieving gold status in 2012, the iconic trio have waited a good 3 years to unveil their next compilation of sonic goodness. Known for their trend defying music, and effortless fusion between dubstep, drum n bass, electro rock and rave music, they’ve decided to give away their track ‘Dark Skies‘ as an instant gratification for the pre-order of their album ‘Between II Worlds‘ which is all set to release on 28th August.
The track is heavily laden with drum n bass elements as a dark undertone lingers on the track, curating a sense of mystique. The sinister bassline supported by suggestive vocals, describe the unkowns of the dark night all under a cloud of very intense drum machines and synth progressions. The dubstep frontrunners fuse various elements of bass and electro rock unveiling a cross-genre blossoming of their musical ingenuity.
