Watch This: Deadmau5’s Bass-Rich ‘See Ya’ Reimagined In This Wonderful Acoustic Rendition

Deadmau5‘s synth-rich rendition of Colleen D’Agostino‘s vocals on his funky bassline dominated single ‘See Ya‘ rose to be one of his biggest tracks from 2014 and his studio album ‘While (1‘. But that was the story of last year. This year around however, he hands over the studio keys to Agostino to reimagine the phenomenal track as she sees fit. And boy does she reinvent it.

Agostino‘s vocal laden avataar provides a rich acoustic version to one of 2014’s best-loved Dance Music tracks. The heavy synth progressions are aptly replaced with light piano chords and subtle vocal FX to suit Agostino‘s delicate vocal style. Surely an interesting turn for a Deadmau5 fan favorite.
