What started as a cool thing to many in their school days has become a trending crime now. It’s now the British Trance producer Simon Patterson who became a victim of the unlawful hacking. The act came into light when Simon took to Twitter and gave a public bashing of whomever hacked his email and leaked few unreleased tracks.
Whoever got into my email and decided to send my unreleased tracks to every1. I hope you read. I'm gonna to find you. Good luck #scumbag

On the thread that followed, what unfolded was that over the past couple of weeks, he hasn’t been the only target. Apparently, Trance producers Ferry Tayle and Indecent Noise both fell victim to similar patterns.
@Sipatterson @James_Dymond Ferry had the same problem like 2 weeks ago, I wonder what's going on! :S

No word has been given by Simon or any other artist on somewhat real leads. It’s quite safe to say that it’s not so popular on the internet crimes list to leak a few tracks. DJs/Producers should take this as a wake-up call to protect their stuff better as there seems to be no easy stopping to such activities.
