Philly based duo Louis Futon were the one and only to be granted the chance to remix Wiz Khalifa’s “We Dem Boyz“, and it would be an understatement to say that they did a good job. Quite possibly, as good as the original if not better, these guys have fused hip hop lyrics with future bass sounds and the finished product is a masterpiece. Louis Futon keeps Wiz’s vocals delicately in play, and their thumping trap-like basslines gently caress this track into absolute nirvana. Developing an intricate feel – good vibe, this edit is allegedly the only one that Wiz approved personally, adding further testament to the fact that Louis Futon mean business.
