Otto Knows has been on his toes to juice out the best of tunes ever since his debut release for Refune with ‘Million Voices’ back in 2012 and the Swedish DJ prodigy is back yet again with the follow up, ‘Parachute’ which comes with an adorable video and brings forth a greater message.
As ‘Parachute’ turns out to be the perfect track to listen to on loop this summer, Otto Knows nails it with the video as well! The perfect video compilation tells a story of busy father walking through the busy streets along with his little daughter amongst the black-suited corporate mob clung to their phones and then realizing the worth of a better world out there. A hint of special effects and some really cute animations added to this, make this video melt your heart.
Even though Otto Jettman has come far from home today with tours lined up all around the world, the man has his background firmly rooted in the vibrant underground of his home country. sneaking into nightclubs and working up some mixes behind the console during his early youth-hood soon got his talents recognized by hometown legend and Refune label boss Sebastian Ingrosso.
With ‘Million Voices’ proving to be a groundbreaking debut for the artist and spending the whole of 2013 touring extensively, Otto now has a new residency at Light in Las Vegas as well as a whole summer of shows for 2014, including Departures at Ushuaia, Ibiza with Axwell^Ingrosso. It sure seems to be a crazy year ahead for the DJ and it’s most definitely going to be one studded with success!
