Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso sure know how to tease their fans. The two have been posting pictures with mysterious captions and if you try to connect the dots, it leads to only one possibility- new music by the two of them together coming soon!
The two-third of former act, Swedish House Mafia who dropped beats together at Ibiza for DEP/RTURES last year, recently posted pictures on their Instagram accounts with Ingrosso’s picture captioned “New Music on the horizon,” and Axwell’s saying “Finishing what we started.”, both captions ending with statements “this time we can’t go home Axwell / Ingrosso.”
Even though there’s no hint of collaboration with Steve Angello who is working extensively on his budding record label, ‘Size Records’ at the moment, this will be the first time any two members of SHM would be releasing music together after the split.
As stoked as we are to expect new music from Axwell / Ingrosso, you can catch them this summer at Ibiza as DEP/RTURES returns and keep an eye out for more information on the release of their music.
