Recently, two of the most distinguished EDM prodigies- Mat Zo and Kill The Noise announced their ‘Kill The Zo’ tour and had us all wonderstruck. Just as the tour commenced, the duo finally released their first track together and proved that this collaborative project comes bearing musical presents for us!
The two DJs are known to lie ends apart on the genre spectrum. While Mat Zo’s music is characterized by his shadowy tunes and modern progressive melodies, Kill The Noise on the other hand, is known for his signature drum & base vibes. The track titled ‘Part I’ was recently previewed on their new Kill The Zo soundcloud account and successfully lived up to our anticipation. It’s grimy, it’s dirty, it’s electrifying and it’s all that a bass head could wish for. The track is a complete bass platter, with each tune distinctively highlighting the two artists’ expertise. Even though the beats hit as hard as they can, the composition offers soul that balances them out perfectly.
