Originating in the 2000s from the genre of Hip Hop, very few note worthy artists have made it big in the world of trap. One such trap extraordinaire is Flosstradamus who have recently teamed up with Travis Porter to release one sick track on Ultra Records called ‘ Drop Top’. The track released on the label on 1st April 2014, just in time to catch some fans completely off guard at festival with its insane beats.
‘Drop Top’ is an off the hook, new age number which is worthy of being the background music for the next ‘Fast & Furious’ movie. Packed with aggressive, engaging sounds, and the synchronous interruptions packed into it come in as a welcome change from the usual hum drum of electro and progressive tunes. Combined with the indestructible force that Travis Porter’s music presence, ‘Drop Top’ is for keeps making it a unique offering to anyone’s playlist.
Flosstradamus is the stage name of stage name of Chicago-based DJs J2K and Autobot who have specialized in driving fans crazy with their exceptional skills at festivals like Ultra Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. They released their EP ‘Total Recall’ in 2012 under Mad Decent records.
