
There is indeed a rising trend of hip hop artists, reggae artists collaborating with producers to cater to the explosion of dance music fans in the world. Feeding that every growing demand while the scales tip in favor of dance music, is also the undisputed king of dancehall, Grammy award winning artist Sean Paul. Know for consistently reinventing their style are DJ & producers Major Lazer who have collaborated with the former to preview ‘Come On To Me’ a brand new single to be a part of the highly exciting EP Apocalypse Soon to hit the music stands on 25th February 2014.
This week seems to be a complete Major Lazer week as, they continue to build the hype around their EP, previewing one track after another. ‘Come On To Me’ showcases heavy influences of dance hall, thanks to Sean Paul and his lightening fast lyrics. Keeping the Jamaican tradition alive the beats are regular and momentous and perfectly aligned with the words that flow. The track looks incredibly promising especially with big names attached to it, and we wont be surprised if it makes its way to the sets of famous producers at dance festivals in the future.
