Swedish House music superstar and pioneer producer Tim Bergling better known to one and all as Avicii, started a campaign via Twitter called the #AddictedToWho campaign. The shortlived campaign invited guesses from fans and producers alike to discover the mystery remix artist behind Avicii’s ‘Addicted to Who’. Within a span of hours, a horde of tweets flooded social media with the designated hashtag forcing Avicii to finally unveil the remixer behind the track and the mystery man was none other than former DJ Mag World number 1 David Guetta!

The track was later premiered on Pete Tong‘s legendary BBC Radio 1 as part of the Stage 2 of the Dance music marathon. Taking a leaf from the book of his own rework of Nancy Sinatra’s “Shot me down”, Guetta retains that quivering guitar chain before a country riff lifts the senses on the track. All the nostalgia is shortlived as a chaotic breakdown of beats and bass come crashing down around the echoing vocals! This one’s a mighty rework and will see a release on February 25th.
