When Roan Sable and Sidhant Naren combined to form Oozeundat, they were determined to produce intense and high-quality productions aimed to fulfil their creative passions as well as wrecking havoc on the dance-floor. With their brand new EP released on Arjun Vagale‘s imprint Maktub Music titled ‘Bitch To Quit‘, the Pune based duo now look to ride on the wave of underground music.

The EP has garnered much appraise and support from techno mainstays such as Vagale himself, who went on to tell us in an exclusive interview that it’s the “track of 2014″ for him along with the likes of Ramiro Lopez, Pena, Alex AQ, Dee Montero & Logiztic Sounds.

The EP features three tracks, including two original productions along with a power remix by  A++ & Daniel Spanjaard. ‘Bitch to Quit‘ signifies all that is grand in techno, with a moody vocal sample snugged into a wobbling synth and that all familiar techno bass-line, all with a twist in the guise of an additional trickle of snare and hi-hats. Clearly a track which deserves the lights to be dimmed down and justifies all the applause it has been receiving!

Disjointed‘ sort of shadows the progression on ‘Bitch to quit’ as a counter groove attacks a standard 4 by 4 techno vibe. An occasional bell ringing in around the loop creates a sense of intrigue before haunting vocals and moody atmospherics create a dark and deep sound terrain, all before a smooth breakdown brings all the layers together.

A++ & Daniel Spanjaard remix of ‘Bitch To Quit’, lifts the mood on the original by adding additional filters and atmospherics and makes the track a tad bit deeper in progression. With a seemingly endless techno buildup, the sound echoes of drum loops and basslines making it one for the big stage!
