Last year had been an era of remixes,bootlegs and mashups. Continuing onto the new year, the classic by Cyndi Lauper,  “Time After Time”, has also received a make-over by none other than the Nervo sisters. Talk about a time capsule turn! The Nervo sisters have nailed it with this mix and released it under Epic Records .

The original ‘Time After Time’, is a legendary track by Cyndi Lauper in the late 80s from her album, ‘She’s So Unusual’, The single went onto to top the US Billboard 100 at that time. Lauper co-wrote ‘Time After Time”‘with Philadelphia rocker Rob Hyman of The Hooters, who also supplied backup vocals to the song.  The commercially successful number comprised of beautiful vocals and fantastic guitar. The remix by the Nervo sisters seems to have given it a heavy dosage of electronic music to create a journey back in time for sure. The remix has retained the vocals and melody of the original but has made room for some fantastic dance floor spins. While the original lacked the tenacity of the beats, the remix has created big focus on the beats.

The remix is a fantastic example of everything done right and we assure you that you have to check this one out, purely on recommendation.
