Known for always speaking his mind, Joel Zimmerman aka Deadmau5, has a habit of becoming the centre of controversies. After his remarks on a recent show in Miami (Read about it here), where he openly expressed his disdain and hurt at the disinterested fans in the front row, Deadmau5 has been in no mood to forget and forgive.
So here’s the low down, when a particular fan politely shared upcoming sensation Porter Robinson’s excited tweet on performing at Miami with Deadmau5, the mau5 didn’t take it down too well and what followed was an open spat between the two world renowned producers.
Despite Deadmau5 hurling profanities, Porter Robinson tried to treat them as playful swearing. Only after a round of stern tweets were exchanged did things escalate and resulted in the biggest feud of 2014 thus far.
Fans and other producers joined in, as some sided with Joel with his sentiments on Miami, while some insisted that Zimmerman needed to cool off. Here is how Dillon Francis reacted to do the altercation:
However, things seemed to have cooled down a little as a few humours tweets were then exchanged by the two stalwarts.
The above tweet then led to Porter even putting up a picture of Joel’s tattoo.
And Joel responded saying,
