Deadmau5 lashes out at the growing elitism surrounding dance music

Lately, amongst certain sections of fans and artists in the dance music industry, news has emerged that they are disheartened to a marked extent to see the growing unreasonable elitism and even more disappointed to see other people sticking up for the same kind of highbrow-ness.
As the demoralizing pompousness consistently grows, another such incident has come to the foray. Upon being ignored by VIP’s in the front row at his recent Mansion NYD set in Miami, Deadmau5 took to social media platform, twitter to lash out and just like everyone else, vented his frustrations:
Lol at the entire front row glued to their fucking phones. Much party. Many text. Wow

He took to his newly launched website to talk about the issue further. “I fucking reamed out my agent for making me deal with that”, he wrote. “Putting fans in the back and trust fund kids up front is fucking stupid as fuck”, he went on to add. As a result, Zimmerman went on to even say that he, “won’t be playing any more Miami clubs” and said that, “I’d rather rent a venue / parking lot / beachfront and fuckin’ do it right”.
Finally he decided to have one last dig, this time making it clear as to what he thought about promoters saying, “9 times out of 10, some asshole promoter is taking advantage of [his] brand/show to sell the fuck out of a show”.
However, the mau5 also had some good news for his fans when he spoke about plans regarding his future shows. He said, “We’re trying our best to shoot for fall for the ‘big ass show’ project we’ve been working on for the past 2 years, but ABSOLUTELY worst case… spring 2015″.
We understand where Joel is coming from and it would surely be a tad bit too difficult to put up with the likes of this:
2 of the coolest dudes just chillin on the stage, texting n stuff. All good.
In addition, we would also like to wish him all the best for his future endeavours and look forward to his upcoming tour of India and his soon to be launched new project!
