The one thing that Porter Robinson, Zedd,  Sander Van Doorn and Lazy Rich have in common, in terms of their most recent sets,  are productions by Brazilian native, Alex Mind. His latest release, ‘Maelstrom’ has been dropped by Porter Robinson on his EDC set. And Boy did it drive the crowd wild.  Currently #18 on the Beatport Electro House Chart, this is one banger you really don’t want to miss out on.

Starting off with a serene, euphoric melodic synth+piano riff, it very subtly picks up the pace at the build up, taking you all the way to the peak, and just when you’re at the edge, it pushes you way beyond with an ultra massive drop. A wonderful driving electro sub bass that would definitely make you want to explode, layered onto a hard kick drum beat is definitely what defines the insanity that is this production.  And when you’ve expunged all your energy raging to that, it picks you up all the way over. This time, however, Alex toys with you by adding a longer, more pronounced build up, and then, just as before, the bass breaks in, leaving you as flabbergasted.
