It’s no secret that we’re huge fans of Matan Zohar, better known as Mat Zo. This young Brit producer has been making waves, not only because of his wicked production skills but he’s also been in the news for a scandal that rocked our dance music world pretty bad. To give you a brief summary, Mat Zo & Arty had collaborated to produce a beauty of a tune titled Rebound. However, renowned member of the Black Eyed Peas, Will.i.am sampled quite a bit of it to produce his own tracks. We gotta say though, Mat Zo has taken this in the right spirit. At the recent Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, Mat Zo featured this song in his set, and loudly mentioned ‘I copied this song off Will.i.am!‘ which got the audiences bursting in splits at his cheek. We think it’s quite a bold move, yet appreciated nonetheless!
