Chennai-based producer Ezzyland might be one of the most exciting names within the electronic music scene in the country right now! And earlier today, the supremely talented act decided to release a brand new EP out of nowhere. Titled ‘deep breaths // no regrets‘, the 6-track effort sounds like a well stitched composition which reflects on Ezhilan’s life over the past few months.
A wonderful sonic interpretation of his recent moods, state of mind and beyond, the genre fluid body of work seems to lean towards bright, melody-driven sounds whose individual pieces have a lot to offer to its listeners. Led by the moody, yet often glittering ‘hold you‘, the proceedings are carried forward by standout tracks like ‘dance on me‘ and ‘remember rain if you cant remember me‘. On the EP’s final tune ‘babysitter‘, Ezzyland shows off his musical prowess and the sheer brilliance of his talent which is truly responsible for some of the most refreshing sounds that we get to hear from the man himself.
