Robin Schulz has been on an unprecedented high, ever since his remix for Mr. Probz‘s ‘Waves‘ was nominated for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards. With a studio album, ‘Prayer‘, and a couple of fantastic remixes already under his belt, the German is gearing up for the release of his second album ‘Sugar‘ on 18th September., and has released the namesake single from the album in collaboration with young Canadian vocalist Francesco Yates.
Staying true to Robin Schulz‘s production style, the single is complete with vibrant guitar strums, a peppy bassline with Yates‘ smooth vocal line serving as the perfect companion to the arrangements, with the chorus paying homage to the 2003 hit ‘Suga Suga‘ by Baby Bash and Frankie J. A definite must have in your playlist for it’s groove and uplifting vibes.
