His rework of the track ‘All of Me’ by John Legend not only went on to become one of the biggest tracks in the dance music scene but won Tiesto a Grammy! The remix went on to beat a lot of other fabulous nominations including breathtaking remixes by the likes of Audien, Kaskade and Robin Schulz. Tiesto revealed the story behind the Grammy winning track and it is even more legendary than the track itself. He decided to give the original track a beat which seemed to fit in with the vocals as if it were meant to be. He admitted to being a little skeptical as to whether the man himself i.e. John Legend would appreciate the remix. To his surprise, John saw Tiesto’s snapchat that was a 15 second preview of the remix and contacted Tiesto’s management asking them to make this the official remix for his track. Tiesto is all smiles when he talks about how it was his honour to be the one to produce the original remix of John’s song.
