Its’s been 20 years since Leeds based Electronic Music Label 2020 Vision came to formation, and to celebrate their glorious achievement, the reputed label has employed services of Electronic music mogul Ralph Lawson to conjure an extra-special mix called “Content”! The track kicks off with heavy bass and percussion chains, as slender hi-hats interspace the loud kick drums calling for dancefloor attention. Sweet warping synths combined with soothing vocal samples join in the patterns and take the track into a familiar Disco territory that SMD are more renowned for. The track retains the energy that their productions are adored for, and yet sounds a little bit more groovier and funkier thanks to the additional flangering FX that bends the synth progressions back and forth.
