The hype has been built up to a point of explosion. The article on Le Parisien, then the SNL advert, countless fake clips on YouTube and then finally, an official Pre-Order on iTunes; Daft Punk has been driving us nuts with their guerilla methods!

Everybody absolutely loves Daft Punk at the Bangin HQ, but honestly, these little snippets that have been served in bursts are getting a bit annoying. On the other hand, these rumours don’t seem to be mere leaks or slip ups but a legitimate build up to their return.

According to VEVO’s site, Daft Punk is scheduled for a performance on April 12th in Indio, California.

It has been 6 years since they played at Coachella and a headline act on their part would be an apt way to drop the bomb on the world! There was a even a tweet from Ultra about the possibility of “something daft”.

Apparently, even Buzzwire reported that the French maestros shall be playing at the Indio Polo Club. It seems the duo have made a firm decision to randomly access our memories up until the tipping point!
