Helvetic Nerds – Stormwatch (Chris Reece & Dinka Remixes)
All Helvetic Nerds members came together to create the idea of this amazing piece of music. Chris Reece & Dinka worked out the final production of both mixes. The first mix convinces with modern progressive house synth lines, catchy melodies and an indie dance like breakdown section with a sort of children choir singing an angelic top melody. Second mix is drawn to sound more old-school, the way Unreleased Digital sounded in 2007 when the first records hit download charts and got noticed by the EDM scene. Low-pass filtered chords playing an uplifting progression throughout, arpeggio synth lines support the magic of the mix and some epic breakdowns will set your crowd on fire, for sure. Unreleased Digital reaches it’s 200th release with this one. Reason enough to offer a special, nostalgic package representing Unreleased Digital’s music from the present, as well as the one from the past.

Dinka – Closer EP
Swiss born DINKA takes another enormous step for her irresistible career. This fabulous new 4 track EP leaves nothing to be desired and is, in our opinion, one of the strongest EPs we at Unreleased Digital have had the honor to release.
First track “Never Let Go”, is nothing short of a sensational festival anthem that is sure to see widespread dance floor destruction this year and beyond. Built on delicious pads and synth layers that drop in surprisingly after an orchestral break down. Irish singer and songwriter James Darcy lays down some awesome vocals that really complement the production and add a warmth and “sophisticated” sentimentality to the track.
Next comes the title track “Closer”, which is another very strong progressive house peak hour weapon that convinces with wide and powerful new wave chords. But still, Dinka worked out her uniqueness in a dreamy breakdown section, with some 80s like beat patterns underneath low-pass filtered chords and a touchy arpeggio texture.
“Faces Of Bengalia”, follows Dinka’s successful and unique style of music. This ornate and melodic progressive gem invites us to lay back, close our eyes and dive into a world of magic and wizardry. It’s a breath-taking moment, augmented by the gorgeous delayed vox and lead synth lines that fill out the soundscape. In the drop, the central groove teasingly returns with just a kick and bass construction supported by some jazzy chord lines, followed soon thereafter by the arrival of the full rhythm in full, anthemic force.
Closing the EP with “Spring Valley”, which happens to be yet another masterpiece of downbeat music, mixed up with some modern Dubstep drum elements. The melody sweeping up in the drops is just breath-taking, as well as the synth scape environment that builds the harmonic base.
The way Dinka combines modern club music with chill out, world and classical music elements has brought her a diverse spectrum of fans from all around the globe, further establishing that this EP is just another cherished treasure to add to the already impressive Dinka vault.
Dinka & Leventina – Elements (2013 Reload)
Two of the biggest Swiss producers Leventina & Dinka go back in the vault and dig up Dinka’s single “Elements” from her 2009 “Elements EP” and give it a fantastic makeover in 2013 on Unreleased Digital. Gaining a lot of airplay back in the day on various radio stations, the original track fast climbed up sales charts of all relevant download stores and found its way into cases of all global players. Now, 4 years later, Dinka teams up with Helvetic Nerds buddies from Leventina to give this blissful track a new and fresh sound.
Getting together Dinka & Leventina make sure to keep the same smooth, progressive sound from the original with its outstanding and skilful key play, you can also hear Leventina’s trademark electro growls and punchy bass lines pervade throughout, while Dinka tinkers with the melody.
With a taste of modern electro house elements, but still bringing out the spirit of the dreamy original version the Helvetic Nerds buddies have created yet another fantastic reload version that will for sure find as much fans and lovers as the original mix already did back then.
DANIEL PORTMAN – RADAR EP (UNRELEASED DIGITAL)
Daniel Portman was born and raised in the suburbs of Zurich, Switzerland. He fell in love with electronic music at a very young age. It was the late 90s, with all its ups and downs, when young Daniel started to test his musical abilities on an Akai 2000 sampler and an old sequencer.
Over the years Daniel’s sound has formed into a forward thinking and unique style of house music, which can be described as a mixture of progressive house and techno. But also with an ability to infuse cutting edge machine music with soulful grooves.
After a short break from releases during the European summer, Daniel Portman gets back on Unreleased Digital with a new 3 track EP, titled, “Radar”. Apparently, it was hard to pick a title for the EP as it was believed that all 3 tracks carried great potential to make it big out on the dancefloor’s. Finally in cooperation with Daniel, Unreleased Digital picked “Radar” to be the title track.
Starting off the first track on the EP, the title track, “Radar”, is a progressive house anthem that has a dark driven beat and a bass section which builds the basic structure of the track, some analog pads sweep up from time to time, leading into an euphoric pre-drop that further crashes down to a breakdown part with some pitch shifted vocals on top. Finally, the track goes on to a huge and unexpected drop.
Second track on the EP is called “Your’re Not Alone”. Some minimal & techno elements surround this track. 808 toms and distorted percussions build the melodies and add on’s, first only played as random single notes, but in the breakdowns filtering up as a full melody that will get stuck in your heads like glue instantly!
“Something In The Air”, the third and final track is another master piece that is maybe the most “Daniel Portman style” like track, that everybody expects from him on this EP. Swinging hi-hat pattern, a punchy kickdrum hammering through and some staccative synth stabs that get the track rolling. The breakdown holds a hypnotic melody that even makes it all go round when it drops after with some deep synth shots and gated vocal glitches.

DINKA – INSEPARABLE EP
Before I start to write about Dinka‘s new EP, “Inseparable”, I can’t help but mention how excited I’ve been about the release and I’m so glad it’s finally out !!
Taking over the industry with massive tracks Dinka as is said, can kick-start a broken heart sending fans on a musical journey unlike any other. Supported by the iconic legend, Tiësto to begin with, Dinka has created a massive stir with her recent EP’s on Unreleased Digital. The Swiss extraordinaire has been collaborating with vocalists on mind blowing tunes, seeing releases with Julie Thompson, Hadley & Danny Inzerillo and now Angelika Vee.
Join in as this amazing Producer/DJ takes you on an enthralling musical journey all over again, track by track!
“Inseparable (Original Mix)”, the first track on this amazing EP is yet another highlight on Unreleased Digital, Our favourite swiss goddess of progressive house, Dinka teams up with vocalist Angelika Vee from Los Angeles to bring out an incredible collaboration to create yet another massive anthem on the imprint. A feel good track with great energy and Angelika’s unique vocals. Powerful synth lines create a hypnotic ambiance in the main drops, as well as some filtered chords that support an undisputed huge breakdown section.
The club mix of “Inseparable”, which is the second track on the EP is drawn to be an even more uplifting peak time weapon. With a taste of rough square pads, a live recorded piano and blissful chord melodies this version recreates the feeling of the original mix in its own way but still fit perfectly with Angelika’s beautiful voice.
On the other side this EP holds a special present in the form of the last track on this wonderful EP. The story behind it is that as part of Dinka’s facebook interaction, which called her fans to mark and tag their country of origin on the world map. The most tagged country in this competition was Brazil, and so this track, the third and final one on the EP is dedicated to and named after the lovely South American country.
“Inseparable” is definitely an EP to keep!

Over the past few years, progressive music goddess, Dinka has rapidly established herself as one of the most fresh and exciting talents of the EDM world and with a flourishing collection of club and chart hits already to her name and a reputation as an extraordinary DJ, all of it comes as no surprise.
After her last EP, “Innocence” on Unreleased Digital this is her newest release on the same imprint. An amazing 2 track EP titled, “Polarity” which leaves you wanting for more and more music from this beautiful DJ/Producer from Switzerland each time you listen to it.
The title track “Polarity” is an uplifting progressive house tune that builds up with an 80s like beat, followed by a breakdown with some low pass filtered chords and a catchy, Dinka like melody on top. Everything comes together in a huge saw chord drop. An excellent production.
The second track, “America”, offers some minimal and clicky beats, carried by deep synths and atmospheric pads. The breakdown holds a touchy piano texture and finally the song drops with a surprising melody that adds even more power to it. Lovely track with a nice feel good vibe to it.
