Well-traveled and creatively oiled for the most part of 2012, long serving Belgian Tech and Techno advocates Filterheadz refine their name for quality club grooves with their latest release, ‘The Game,’ for Umek’s 1605 label. Driving a considerably more melodic undertone into the Techno concept, the heavy-set grooves and poignant synth work that make up ‘The Game’ show Filterheadz in a modern light while still showcasing the sharp quality that their productions continue to spiral.

The monstrous groove based on their custom tribal programming rips and roars over the rubble before their trademarked vocals kick in and remind us of who we are tuned in to. No Filterheadz anthem would be complete without an epic breakdown, and with this one we are definitely taken back to better days, courtesy of the ever-familiar lead.
