Magnetic Man member, Benga and British rapper Kano just released the video of their brand new track “Forefather” on Sony Records. This track is the first release on Benga’s new album “Chapter II” which is scheduled to release on the 6th of May 2013.

The very aggressive video takes place in an underground basement then shifts to a nightclub. Though the lyrics are bound to anger a very successful American rapper, this grimy lyrical deep dubstep track is all about pushing  limits for Benga. This collaboration has wobbles and synths that keep it deep rooted in dubstep while the lyrics make it very rap.

The video represents growth. I think what the artists are trying to showcase through it is their developments and how they started off. Many other artists will be able to relate to the video as well.
