Empire Of The Sun & Tommy Trash - Celebrate (Tommy Trash Remix)

Definitely pleased to announce this! Coca-Cola and (RED) have enlisted the help of Harry Shum, Jr. (Mike Chang, from Glee) and the iconic dance crew Jabbawockeez, as well as other famous dancers to generate global participation in a universal dance movement with a single to aim to help prevent the transmission of HIV from mother-to-child by the end of 2015. Coming together to support this noble cause was Tommy Trash who remixed Celebrate by Empire of The Sun. Created exclusively for (RED), this track will be featured on the upcoming DANCE (RED) SAVE LIVES2compilation album. Giving it the typical Trash treatment, this remix has an edgy big room sound that’s definitely brimming with those feel good vibes! This one deserves a listen.

You can catch Tommy Trash on his India Tour and buy tickets to see him live at Kitty Su this Friday here.

Tiesto drives awareness and makes a significant contribution to the global fund to fight AIDS

Mobilizing the global dance community around the AIDS fight, World AIDS Day 2012 saw electronic dance music pioneer, Tiësto, release the first DANCE (RED), SAVE LIVES compilation album. Produced by Musical Freedom in collaboration with (RED) and Recreation Worldwide, the album went to #1 on the iTunes dance charts in 33 countries, and set a new precedent for dance music artists supporting the work of The Global Fund to fight AIDS.

So far, sales of the 2012 DANCE (RED), SAVE LIVES album – along with a personal donation from Tiësto as part of the social media component of the campaign – have contributed $500,000 for The Global Fund; money which is used to finance programs which provide prevention, treatment, counselling, HIV testing and care services.
