Vice is a global youth media company that started off in Canada but is now based in New York City. They have their feet set firmly in the field of media and all its aspects. Along with Recreation Worldwide, which is a creative agency founded by top industry veterans from AM Only and Complete Control Management, they have launched a new platform and YouTube Channel called THUMP. 

This channel will focus on the full range of electronic music and culture, from massive festival stages to renegade warehouse parties, THUMP will chronicle every aspect of the global dance music movement: the music, the artist, the fans, the experience.

They have already launched some content on the channel including the Official Video for Tommy Trash – Monkey See Monkey Do, along with a trailer for Seven Days in Dada Land, a documentary that takes a Dada Life fan on tour for a week.

The channel debuted with The Arrival, a new series celebrating the journeys of some of THUMP’s favorite DJs and producers, from their first connection with electronic music to arriving to perform on the world’s biggest stages. This venture is produced along with launch partners Heineken and the new Star Bottle. The Arrival will feature artists from across the dance music sphere.

According to their press release, they plan to debut high-quality  franchises, original documentaries, new music videos, and exclusive insights from a broad spectrum of electronic dance music artists including Dada Life, Richie Hawtin, Baauer, Bingo Players, Above and Beyond, Pretty Lights, Ali Love, Tiga, Kevin Saunderson, Tommy Trash, Clockwork, 2 Bears, DJ Shadow, Araabmuzik, Claude VonStroke, Kill The Noise and more, while empowering artists to create and develop new projects for a rapidly growing audience.

THUMP launches with a dedicated website called THU.MP along with their YouTube channel. They will feature a set a variety of content focusing on Dance music and the lifestyle that surrounds it. Look out for all this exciting content and follow them at their portals below:
