In the previous year, Kanye West made a comeback in the public sphere following his temporary disappearance caused by antisemitic comments he made in 2022, which brought about significant professional repercussions for the artist and entrepreneur. His return was marked by the launch of two albums—Vultures 1 and Vultures 2—and the reactivation of his X account, previously suspended for his antisemitic content. Additionally, last Sunday, West and his spouse, Bianca Censori, caught the media’s attention with their appearance on the red carpet at the 2025 Grammy Awards.

West has recently started a series of posts on X, beginning last night and continuing into today, where he is repeating the same kind of antisemitic, racist, and offensive statements that led to his earlier ban. In one of his messages, West stated: “IM RACIST STEREO TYPES EXIST FOR A REASON AND THEY ALL BE TRUE.”

In another message, written in all caps, West declared his distrust and dislike for any Jewish person. His additional posts heap considerable admiration on Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party—a long-reported fascination of his. In one post, West explicitly identified himself as a Nazi and stated his refusal to apologize for his antisemitic views. His other posts range from homophobic and racist against Black individuals to misogynistic and ableist.

Using his platform, West also came to the defense of Sean “Diddy” Combs, the embattled rapper and executive who is currently jailed as he awaits trial on federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. West argues that “they” are making an example of Diddy, who is also the target of numerous lawsuits alleging abuse from both women and men. West has called upon one of his allies, President Donald J. Trump, to pardon Diddy, who has largely denied the accusations against him.

West also stands up for another contentious figure in the music industry, Chris Brown, who was found guilty in 2009 of assaulting Rihanna. West notes that many have witnessed attempts to “cancel” Chris Brown, who has also been involved in several legal cases concerning alleged physical and sexual assaults.

This morning, West seemingly justified the rationale behind his recent flurry of posts: “Has anyone ever wanted to get it all off they chest Everything you felt Everything they told you not to say think or feel.”
