Known professionally as Oklou, French singer, producer, and composer Marylou Mayniel honed her musical skills on the classical piano and cello during her youth, later transitioning her passion towards electronic music. Her first major release, a 13-track album titled Barely Contained, was a collaborative effort involving producers Danny L Harle, A. G. Cook, and Casey MQ. The album features guest appearances by vocalists Bladee on the track “Take Me by the Hand” and Underscores on “Harvest Sky.”
