Zedd – Stache (Official Video)

After a summer dominating the festival set lists with his hit “Spectrum”, Zedd finally released his debut album “Clarity” on iTunes a few days back.
“Clarity” gives the listener a wide range of sounds, melodies, and levels of intensity that will show you just how versatile a producer Zedd truly is.
The 7th track on the album is “Stache”, the video of which released a few days back.
The track builds through interesting synths and follows a composition similar to his earlier track “Shave It”. What makes “Stache” exceed his previous musical work comes from the blippy, unexpected drops in his interludes between melodies.
It’s also interesting that pop icon, Lady Gaga, has jumped on the instrumental and created her own “High Princess” vocal version.

Alesso feat. Matthew Koma – Years (Official Video)

The much-awaited video for this track that has become sort of both a club and a festival anthem is finally here!
Personally speaking, I would put Alesso right up there with one of the biggest discoveries in the EDM scene in the past couple of years and this video would perfectly justify this.
Well for starters, it is not your typical music video that shows a night out of partying or fans jumping around in a club. The video is a simple story through the “Years” (life) of a young boy from Sweden who in spite of facing so many obstacles ended up living his dream of being a DJ. It’s just quite amazing as to how such an ingenuous concept was never adopted and used in any music video of late by any DJ.
Alessandro Lindblad a.k.a Alesso takes us back through the “Years” to his childhood where he started out making tunes on a Moog keyboard in his apartment. He ends up burning CD’s that he used to bring to clubs and then gives a sneak peak on what it’s like to be kicked out of one as well. We also see him selling his bike to buy a computer to try his hand at producing songs. The video finishes with a closing shot of Alesso on the main stage of the EDC NYC festival held earlier this year (which again was one hell a performance!)
My pick of the video is of him burning copies of one of his first tracks called “Dynamite” and then dropping discs of it on the windshield of his mentor Sebastian Ingrosso’s car. The entire video is a salute to the perseverance of Alesso for never losing hope and continuing to knock on the door until it finally opened up for him!
Once again, a big shout out to Mr.Sebastian Ingrosso for picking up that disc and giving Alesso a shot at living his dream. EDM fans in the NYC area can get a chance to see this gifted duo later this month when they take over Pier 94 and Haunted Coliseum along with another Sebastian Ingrosso recruit – Otto Knows.
Alesso is also a huge favorite for the entire Swedish House Mafia crew and is usually opening for them at many of their gigs. This is where some part of me is praying that they bring him down for the India leg of their “One Last Tour”!
Norman Doray and NERVO ft. Cookie – Something To Believe In

The Nervo girls are back again with another club banger. There seems to be no stopping these twins from Australia in 2012 as with track’s like “Reason” and “Like Home” they are on a solid spree of giving us those catchy melodies time and again!
This track happens to be a collaboration with the legendary Norman Doray who was recently in Delhi for Kitty Su’s 1 year anniversary celebrations.
Norman has brought Janet Ramus aka Cookie as the vocalist for the track that brings in her soulful vocals, which give the track just the right amount of catchiness. When this is paired with the track’s beaming melody, it just makes it a progressive anthem that is sure to be widely popular at upcoming festivals.
In the video below you will see shots from a typical summer party scene in the New York City area where you get to see how most of the people just enjoy running away to party in the Hamptons!
Calvin Harris – Sweet Nothing ft. Florence Welch

Calvin Harris has just released the video of his track “Sweet Nothing” that has the vocals of the ever so talented Florence Welch. You might remember the name Florence really well, as she is the same lady who we heard in Mark Knight’s super remix of the track “You’ve got the love”.
In the music video for “Sweet Nothing”, vocalist Florence Welch leads a far different life than her current persona of an international pop diva. Welch works as a singer at some dingy bar/strip club, pouring the pain and frustration of her unfulfilled life and abusive relationship into a revealing and explosive performance. The songstress performs on a stage while a cast of degenerates and their lives are exposed throughout the video. Ironically, Harris’ outstanding production beats perfectly pound away as Welch’s powerful vocals emotionally help you sail away through the video’s emotional story.
The track was also just played by Pete Tong as part of his Essential New Tune on his Radio One Show.
“Sweet Nothing” will be released on October 14th followed by Calvin Harris’s album “18 months” release on October 29th. You can expect to see collaborations with artist’s like Kelis, Ne-Yo, Tinie Tempah and of course the massive dance floor hit “We Found Love” with Rihanna in this album.
Project 46 & DubVision feat. Donna Lewis – You & I

The official video of Project 46 and DubVision chartbuster track “You & I” featuring Donna Lewis is out!
The track itself being released on a massive record label like Spinnin’ Records tells you how awesome the track is and exactly why Axwell’s apparent current favorite producers, DubVision and the genius pairing of Thomas Shaw and Ryan Henderson which is Project 46 is gaining the popularity it is in their respective careers.

Swedish House Mafia – Don’t You Worry Child ft. John Martin (Official Video)

It’s out ! It’s out ! IT’S OUT !!
The official video of everyone’s favorite, Swedish House Mafia‘s “Don’t You Worry Child” is out and what a video it is! It’s quite emotional for us as I’m sure it is for their fans world wide and shows some amazing footage of crowds at a variety of their concerts. It completely sums up the trio’s journey together right from the beginning in 2005.
John Martin, the amazing vocalist on this track can also be seen singing live with the legendary trio at one of the concerts.
A group hug right at the end of the video shows how unbelievable and emotional this entire journey has been for the three of them. This one is sure to move and pump up anyone who has ever raged to any of their tracks or loves house music in general. Truly, they came, they raved, they loved and so did we.
The good news, of course is that these legends, as is believed, are going to make us have the time of our lives when they descend in India this coming November. The bad news, as you all hopefully know is that this is it for them, and I would rather not say anything more on the matter.
At a little loss for words after watching the video, all we can say at Bangin Beats is #DYWC!
AVICII FEATURING LENNY KRAVITZ – SUPERLOVE
Avicii’s new video “Superlove” isn’t your average dance party. A bespectacled music fan comes across a mysterious Walkman, and after popping in the cassette,he is compelled to pop and lock like it’s before the financial crisis. Avicii’s infectious track pumps along with the altered vocals of rock star Lenny Kravitz.
But when the video’s star gets a little too excited from dancing, he bangs his head and is catapulted into a neon brainscape. Travelling down a corridor of ladies’ legs, through the mouth of a tiger and into a smokey party of flamboyantly dressed ravers, ready to trip to the beat.
AND, there’s a twist ending. So what are you waiting for? Watch Avicii’s video for “Superlove” below, and always practice safe dancing.
