Big Thief is set to embark on a comprehensive North American tour primarily scheduled for this fall. The tour, named the Somersault Slide 360 Tour, will kick off in September and continue through November. Below is a detailed schedule of the band’s upcoming shows.
This marks Big Thief’s first return to touring across North America since 2023 and their first performance in the U.S. since last year’s Project Pabst festival. Additionally, this tour will be their first significant outing in North America following the exit of their bassist, Max Oleartchik.
In 2022, Big Thief released their most recent album, Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe in You. Following the album’s release, each member of the band has put out at least one solo studio album: Adrianne Lenker released Bright Future in 2024; Buck Meek came out with Haunted Mountain in 2023; and James Krivchenia has introduced two albums, Blood Karaoke and Performing Belief.
