Fallout TV Show Star Reveals How Long The Show Could Run For

The duration of Amazon’s adaptation of the Fallout series into a TV show remains uncertain, although Aaron Moten, who portrays Maximus on the show, hinted that it might stretch to six seasons.

During his appearance at Comic Con Liverpool, Moten shared that upon his commitment to the series, he was briefed about the potential conclusion, which could be around “Season 5 or Season 6.” “From the start, we’ve been informed about the long-term character development plans,” he added, according to a report by TheGamer.

It remains ambiguous whether Moten was referring to the eventual conclusion of the Fallout series itself or just his character’s storyline. Nevertheless, the prospect of extending the series is quite likely. However, as with all entertainment projects, nothing is set in stone until it actually happens.

Fallout’s first season premiered in April 2024 and, unlike HBO’s The Last of Us, made all episodes available immediately. The production of Season 2 has been completed, though its release date is still pending.

The upcoming second season will see the return of Aaron Moten as Maximus, alongside Ella Purnell as Lucy, and Walton Goggins as The Ghoul. Notably, Macaulay Culkin will make his debut in this season, and Kumail Nanjiani is expected to join the cast as well.

In related news, there are whispers in the gaming community about a possible remaster of Fallout 3 and the eventual arrival of Fallout 5 in the future.
