Rilo Kiley Reunion Tour: Iconic Band Returns to the Stage!

Rilo Kiley has unveiled plans for a major headlining tour across North America. In addition to their previously announced appearance at the Just Like Heaven festival, the tour will feature stops in several states including Colorado, Arizona, Utah, among others. In related news, Rilo Kiley will also be re-releasing their 2002 album, The Execution of All Things, which will be available from April 25 via Saddle Creek. Below, you can view the artwork for the reissue, dubbed The Execution of All Things (Frozen Lake Edition).

The band Rilo Kiley, composed of Jenny Lewis, Blake Sennett, Pierre de Reeder, and Jason Boesel, hasn’t performed live together since 2008. Jenny Lewis shared her excitement about the reunion tour in a press release, stating, “It’s going to be wonderful for us, akin to returning to the most genuine version of ourselves, that youthful stage in our early twenties when everything felt achievable. Picture us: Jason navigating, Pierre at the wheel, me strumming away at a rough acoustic guitar on the bench seat, working through a new song with Blake. Those days, when it felt like it was just us against the world, were truly magical.”
