Tim Robinson and Paul Rudd Team Up in A24’s New Comedy “Friendship”
The dynamic duo of Tim Robinson from I Think You Should Leave and the ever-charming Paul Rudd come together in the new A24 film, Friendship. After impressing audiences at the Toronto International Film Festival last year, the film, which humorously explores the trials of a quirky suburban dad’s (played by Robinson) efforts to make friends, has just released its first trailer. Andrew DeYoung Makes His Feature Directorial Debut
Friendship marks the feature-length directorial debut for Andrew DeYoung, who not only directed but also penned the screenplay. DeYoung is known for his work on popular TV series including Pen15, Mixed-ish, and High Fidelity. The film will also be showcased at its U.S. premiere at SXSW before making its theatrical debut. Stars such as Kate Mara, Jack Dylan Grazer, Josh Segarra, and Billy Bryk join Rudd and Robinson in this eagerly anticipated comedy.
