This may sound a little too surprising but Skrillex is slated to open for rock band Guns N’ Roses on their upcoming reunion tour which kicks off next week in Detroit. A two month long tour run, the legendary group announced supporting acts earlier today which includes Lenny Kravitz, Alice In Chains, The Cult, Billy Talent and of course, Sonny Moore.
As ‘shocking’ as it seems, it would be interesting to see how the crowd reacts to a bass-heavy set by the OWSLA bossman who will take over the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas on August 5. You can check out the announcement below and stay tuned as we patiently wait for the day when this electronic-meets-rock spectacle comes to life.
