Jeremy Olander has come quite a long way ever since he was taken under tutelage by the one and only Eric Prydz. Ever since then, Jeremy Olander has dished out some proper progressive house gems that have solidified his status as one of the finest talents in the genre. Ever since he broke out from Pryda Friends, the Swede has released a host of new material, including an EP on Suara, while also launching his label imprint Vivrant.
With one EP already out on Vivrant back in November 2015, Olander is back yet again with another gem of an EP, only this time under his techno alias Dhillon. The EP, titled Intro, features 3 tracks which bring forward the Swede’s innate dexterity in production. The first track on the EP, ‘Intro‘, is a bass laden, groovy opener which sets the vibe for the EP just right. The following track, ‘Umbra‘, is a fast paced number, which peaks at the right time, while the penultimate track, ‘Black Widoe‘ is a much darker production, with a pounding basskick and sweltering synths, coming together for a haunting yet hypnotic track.
Bound to feature in countless techno sets in the coming time, stream the EP below, and you can buy it from Beatport.
