Ever since Skrillex and his OWSLA crew grabbed an elusive residency spot on Apple Music‘s Beats One, the whole team has managed to curate an eclectic mix every other week, which is not just jam packed with good music, but is built upon a healthy conversation and equal fun.
During their latest episode this past weekend, Skrillex, G-Buck and JerSey GanG threw down a couple of bars on top of rising duo Louis The Child‘s creation, ‘From Here‘. Now, while being aware of Sonny’s vocal talents, him throwing some crazy and sensible bars for a stretch is a nice surprise to receive out of the blues. With even a riddim-styled rap topping off his effort, you can check out the phenomenal effort by one of our favorite producers below. So, now if you do see Skrillex rapping on a record in the not-so-distant future, you know it ain’t uncommon.
