BREAKING NEWS! Tomorrowland‘s sister festival in the USA, i.e TomorrowWorld has been officially cancelled for 2016. Amidst all the mishaps it faced last year which led them to face a massive amount of criticism and the downfall of their parent company SFX, the festival giant will not see a return this festival season. Moreover, a source at the company confirmed that TomorrowWorld 2017 is still under consideration.
“For 2017, we looked at all the possible scenarios. We cannot guarantee with the current situtation that we can put on an event at our level and our vales.”
In a video posted on their official page, the team announced the news with a heavy heart while also providing fans with a glimpse of hope quoting “this is not farewell“. With no further statement issued by Tomorrowland spokesperson Debby Wilmsen, let’s hope the prominent festival returns to its home next year.
