With Joel Zimmerman making a full comeback after a rather long hiatus, the progressive house legend recently has been working hard on his forthcoming album. After showing off multiple unreleased track previews over the past month or two, deadmau5 recently announced his label’s brand new Mau5hax Tour. With artists like ATTLAS, Rezz, Matt Lange and Steve Duda on the bill, the 11-date schedule is currently en route to Miami as they kicked off proceedings in Toronto.
The ongoing tour which also surprisingly includes deadmau5 as their special gue5t, has already seen rare and extremely special b2b performances between fellow artists on its roster. Making a stop in Ontario this past weekend, the mau5 got a little intoxicated and… I’ll just drop the video below. Hitting back to his trolling skills, the “Strobe” superstar knows how to have fun as he addressed the intimate crowd with a question of whether to play Animals or Levels or a mashup? Although sadly, his wishes weren’t fulfilled, but toward the end of the video, deadmau5 complained how his tour manager is “jerking me off” – or rather trying to get him off the decks.
