Every year there are some artists who’s albums are awaited more eagerly than the others. This year the most eagerly awaited album is a sophomore album named Skin by Flume. The mini mix and two singles which have been released so far, have only gone on to build up expectations for the audiences.
While the date of Skin is not yet confirmed, we’re sure it is coming out this year. As if that isn’t enough to excite the fans, Flume also premiered a new stage set up at Laneway Festival. At the same event he also dropped a yet unreleased track which has Flume written all over it. The starting chord progressions and futuristic bass and the following drop into the dark parts of future bass is reminiscent of Gemini, Flume’s collaboration with What So Not. What follows after the drop, is pure gold in terms of the way it bends melodic lines. Watch the video below to know for real!
