After a memorable performance at supposedly World’s Biggest Guestlist Event at Mumbai, Hardwell doesn’t want to rest. He is well known for his dedication and here he is with a preview of yet another edit. After doing edits for Domeno and Michael Sparks‘ “Locked & Loaded” and Quintino‘s ‘Scorpion‘, Hardwell edits “Hakuna Matata” by R3hab. Officially previewed as Hardwell Exclusive on this year’s last episode of Hardwell on Air, it is clear that the track has been proven lethal during the test runs since Hardwell dropped it for the first time at Tomorrowland earlier this year. This track packs a punch with a powerful drop featuring bouncy lead and a booming bassline. Splendid progression with violin sounds on the breakdown holds the attention of the listeners as the track builds again with misc tribal shouts in the background and drops with a little variation on the lead alongside the tribal percussion. This Hardwell edit stands upon his previous edits which have been nothing sort of blasts on the dance floor and it is safe to say that “Hakuna Matata” is set to become a milestone on the series of “Hardwell Edits”. R3hab’s debut release on Revealed Recordings, Hakuna Matata (Hardwell Edit) is set to release on 21st December, so keep your ears out for this one. Meanwhile, stream the preview below!
