After two years of successful outings and giving fans the ultimate festival experience, Vh1 Supersonic has become one of the most anticipated and popular music festivals in India. After throwing the fans into a tizzy by announcing that there would be no lineup announcement for the 2015 edition of Vh1 Supersonic Goa, the guys at Supersonic decided to hand over the job of revealing the artists to the fans which ultimately gave birth to a massive lineup. Joining other headliners Deorro and Disclosure, India’s favorite Axwell makes a comeback to the shores of Candolim. Headlining the Awakenings Stage are techno heavyweights Joris Voorn, Nic Fanciulli, Kolsch, Drumcode boss Adam Beyer and Ida Engberg. This lineup is nothing short of a wet dream for a techno freak. Joining Adam Beyer will be Indian talents Arjun Vagale and Kohra. Other techno acts include Luigi Madonna, Bart Skils, Joran Van Pol and BL@NK. NERVO sisters will also be present at Vh1 Supersonic this year making a return to India. Other major acts announced include DubVision, BREED, Don Diablo, Sultan+Ned Shepard, Albin Myers and Norman Doray. Foreign Beggars are making a comeback to India and will be gracing the UKF stage to lay down some proper bass on the fans. The homegrown talent blessing the Supersonic lineup looks amazing with Pearl, Tuhin Mehta, Nawed Khan, Lost Stories, BLOT, Praveen Achary, Vachan Chinapa and Zaeden leading the way.
Nikhil Chinapa, The Supercrew, Live Viacom18 and Star Light along with UKF, Armshouse Ninja and Awakening have managed to pull off one of the best lineups India has ever witnessed. The Festival stays true to Nikhil’s philosophy of a balanced lineup and pulled this off in a sublime fashion.
