Diplo doesn’t seem to stop at all! The exceedingly talented and popular dance music producer has gone beyond the genre boundaries already and looking at his most recent take with Mad Decent label mate Sleepy Tom, we can easily anticipate a far more innovative future in terms of productions. It’s the American artist’s first take on modern age Future House genre with ‘Be Right There’, which comes off as a jiggling electro kick tap dance track featuring vocalist Priscilla Renea who belts out sections of Jade‘s 1992 soul smash ‘Don’t Walk Away’.
In the track Diplo has clearly avoided his hip-hop influences and instead flirts with the bouncing bass lines like that in typical future house. Both Diplo and Sleepy Tom have packed ‘Be Right There’ with an ideal bass while the drops surface with elastic lows moving smoothly against the driving beat.
